I specialize exclusively in Japanese Tattoos, also called Irezumi, Horimono or Wabori.
It is my goal to create the highest quality Japanese tattoos. I want to create tattoos that my clients will be able to wear with pride now, through-out their lives and to the grave. I also aspire to create tattoos that are true to the Traditional Japanese style and the history and folklore on which they are based.
Tattooing for 30 years has given me a lot of knowledge about the craft but I am still growing and learning everyday. I have tattooed in Richmond, Virginia Beach, Austin, Berlin-Germany, Norfolk, Las Vegas, and now Raleigh, North Carolina. Japanese tattooing is what inspired me to become a tattoo artist. Over the years I have tattooed in many styles from Western Traditional to Realistic but eventually I decided to focus on the Japanese style.
